B. Linear Comic/Animation (text: Understanding Comics):

* LOWSRC quilt project
* drawn comic in sketchbook
* illustrated web comic
* add animation and audio to comic
* final linear animation project

[Weeks 8-11]
C. Closed Interactivity (text: Pause & Effect):
* plot development/concept
* non-linear narrative with images + text (cf: "Mr. Melvyn's Murder")
* add animation and audio to narration
* final closed interactive project

[Weeks 12-16:]
D. Open Interactivity (texts: Processing, "Aesthetics of Generative Code," Manovich on "The Database"):
* Processing sketches and source content creation
* introduce animation
* introduce interaction
* expand series
* final open interactive project
